Key Responsibilities :
1. Brand Marketing Strategy :
- Develop and execute the brand strategy for prescription products in international markets.
- Ensure that marketing efforts align with the company’s global objectives and
- adapt them to local market needs.
2. Sales Planning & Execution :
Create and implement detailed sales plans to meet business goals and revenue targetsAnalyze market trends and adjust sales strategies to drive growth and Performance.3. Sales Team Monitoring :
Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets andperformance metrics.Provide guidance, motivation, and support to optimize team effectiveness.4. Promotional Campaigns & Events :
Coordinate with the PMT (Product Management Team) at the Head Officeto plan and execute impactful promotional campaigns.Organize and oversee events such as doctors’ meetings, CMEs (ContinuingMedical Education), and other promotional activities.5. Cross-Department Coordination :
Collaborate closely with the PMT and Admin teams to ensure smoothexecution of marketing strategies, sales targets, and operational functions.Manage timely communication across teams to streamline business processes.6. Distributor Liaison :
Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors across variousregions.Ensure optimal stock levels and oversee the distribution of product samples to different locations.Monitor distributor performance to ensure product availability and market coverage.7. Additional Responsibilities :
Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the reporting authorityin alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
