This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination across personnel, processes, and partners to deliver operational excellence.Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations.- Liaise with sales teams, contract manufacturers, distributors, and customers to ensure satisfaction.- Plan and track shipments based on customer requirements.- Monitor KPIs and report on supply chain performance.Requirements- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain or customer service.- Strong organizational and coordination skills.- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.- Familiarity with inventory planning, warehouse management, and PO processes.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.- MBA in Operations preferred.- Prior experience in hardware distribution or contract manufacturing is a strong plus.
