Position : Supply Chain Executive

• ???? Location : Bengaluru
• ???? Experience : 2–3 years
• ???? Department : Supply Chain / Operations
• ???? Reporting To : Supply Chain Manager

What You'll Do :

• ???? Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure healthy stock flow
• ???? Track & analyse supply chain KPIs (OTIF, fill rates, lead times, etc.)
• ???? Manage end-to-end order processing & fulfilment
• ???? Collaborate with procurement and category teams for vendor planning
• ???? Handle shipment coordination, documentation, and logistics follow-ups
• ???? Drive efficiency through process improvements & lean practices
• ???? Ensure compliance with safety & regulatory standards
• ???? Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and damages

What We're Looking For :

• ️ Bachelor's degree in Business / Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• ️ 1–3 years of supply chain / operations experience (e-commerce / retail preferred)
• ️ Strong knowledge of warehousing, logistics & fulfilment
• ️ Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems & WMS
• ️ Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving & multitasking ability
• ️ Excellent communication & coordination skills
