ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our field sales team and streamline internal operations. In this role, you will act as a critical point of communication between customers, management, and the sales team. You will be responsible for managing schedules, maintaining documentation, processing orders, and ensuring smooth execution of all sales-related activities. Your goal will be to enhance team efficiency, support customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the sales team’s daily operations, schedules, and front desk activities
Maintain, file, and organize all essential sales documents
Ensure availability and adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide after-sales support
Manage and organize financial and non-financial data in electronic systems and generate relevant reports
Process all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients proactively about any delays, changes, or issues
Monitor team performance, identify shortcomings, and recommend improvements
Assist in planning and organizing promotional materials, marketing activities, or events
Ensure all work complies with company policies and legal requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role
Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications
Good understanding of social media usage for business communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized, responsible, and strong in problem-solving
Team-oriented mindset with a high level of dedication
Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field
Certification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage
