The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include expanding dealer network, visiting dealers and oem clients on regular basis, up selling products and offering product training when needed, and managing sales pipelines. The role also involves understanding customer needs, promoting the company’s product offerings, and contributing to sales strategy development to achieve business growth. This role requires extensive travelling. QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needsMINIMUM 2-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN FIELD OF HYDRAULIC HOSE OR HYDRAULIC INDUSTRY IS A MUST.THIS ROLE REQUIRES MINIMUM 15-20 DAYS OF EXTENSIVE TRAVELLINGProven experience in Sales with an ability to identify opportunities and close dealsCompetence in Sales Management and Training to enhance team performance and drive successSelf-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in using CRM tools and sales softwareKnowledge or experience in industrial or hydraulic hose products is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred JOB OPENINGS ARE IN AHEMDABAD, HYDERABAD, CHENNAI AND BENGALURU
