About the Role

We’re hiring motivated Collection Executives to handle repayment follow-ups and ensure timely loan recovery while maintaining professional communication and positive customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via calls, messages, or visits for payment follow-ups.
• Maintain proper records of recovery activities.
• Negotiate repayment terms and resolve disputes.
• Escalate non-responsive or critical cases to the Collection Head.
• Meet assigned monthly collection targets.

Requirements

Salary Range : ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
