Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from converting customer requirements into conceptual designs to commercialization. Drive continuous improvement (6 Sigma Sponsor) to enhance efficiency and product quality. Ensure the team meets all product commitments, including time, quality, and cost, by actively monitoring goals and metrics. Use strong communication skills to engage with both internal and external customers. Manage and coordinate BOM (Bill of Materials) and design management. Education : A B.E. / B.Tech. degree is required. Experience : A minimum of 10+ years of relevant engineering work experience , including leadership experience. Technical : Expertise in design for structural and sheet metal components. Proficiency in Solid Works / Solid Edge is mandatory. Specialized Knowledge : A deep understanding of CAD / CAM and engineering principles. Experience in system design and project management. Soft Skills : Excellent communication skills, a knack for people management, and the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
We are seeking a results-oriented Asst. Manager - Design for a telecom company in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of engineering experience , a strong background in structural and sheet metal design, and proven leadership skills to manage a design team. This role requires technical expertise, project management abilities, and a focus on continuous improvement to drive products from concept to commercialization.

- Lead the design of structural and sheet metal components and products like monopoles, plastics, and FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) .
- Apply your understanding of manufacturing processes to ensure designs are practical for production.
