Will be responsible for building relationship with the customers and tracking their MS S / W license purchases
Will be responsible for outbound calls on Database allocated as per set targets
Will be responsible for profiling the Organization on certain Parameters and identifying S / W license status
Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the client s products,
license / services offerings, and software compliance in messages to customers
Responsible for conducting internet search to find alternate number on un-profiled accounts
Connect with the RPC and execute the program requirements
Responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets allocated
