Role : Consultant – Social Media Reporting & Analysis

Working Days & time : Sunday to Thursday from 12 : 30 PM to 8 : 30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily reporting and analysis using Talkwalker dashboards and supplemental searches.
• Extract and analyze data from traditional social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter / X, YouTube) and new-age platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitch, etc.).
• Interpret client requests and translate them into actionable social media insights.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports consolidating data from both crawlable and non-crawlable social media platforms.
• Provide real-time and post-event insights contextualized as Analyst commentary via calls, emails, and reports.
