Key Responsibilities :
Support to HR Head
- Work directly with the HR Head to form and implement HR policies, frameworks, and people practices.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for compliance, audits, and HR projects.
- Support strategic HR initiatives such as talent reviews, learning programs, and culture-building.
HR Operations & Compliance
Prepare and maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, and compliance documentation.Provide payroll inputs, oversee attendance and leave management, and ensure statutory adherence.Contribute to forming SOPs for smooth execution of HR operations.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Prepare recruitment pipelines and coordinate end-to-end hiring activities.Manage onboarding formalities and form induction content, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated.Employee Relations, Engagement & Wellness
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.Form and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.Prepare and maintain employee wellness calendars and activities to promote health and work-life balance.Performance, Learning & Development
Support the performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.Prepare and maintain training calendars, feedback forms, and learning MIS.Assist in identifying development needs and forming learning roadmaps.HR MIS & Analytics
Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports on headcount, attrition, engagement, and productivity.Maintain accuracy of people data to support decision-making.Provide insights and regular reports to the HR Head for strategic planning.What We Offer

MBA / PGD in Human Resources from a recognized institute.2–3 years of experience in HR operations, generalist roles, or HRBP support.Hands-on experience in preparing HR MIS reports, data dashboards, and process documentation.Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.Exposure to employee wellness and L&D programs preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate across levels.Strong organizational skills, with a balance of process creation and ongoing maintenance.Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards.Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Location : Kolkata
