Job Title : Executive Chef
Location : LB Nagar, Hyderabad
Restaurant Capacity : 130 Covers
Cuisine : Andhra, Telangana & South Indian
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the kitchen operations with focus on Telangana cuisine.
- Handle menu planning , bulk cooking , and food quality control .
- Drive revenue generation through innovative food offerings and cost control.
- Collaborate with management for marketing initiatives to attract customers.
- Maintain high standards of customer service & restaurant management.
- Manage kitchen staff, training, and scheduling.
Candidate Requirements :
Prior restaurant experience is a must (preferably in South Indian / Telangana cuisine).Strong knowledge of revenue generation, food costing & operations.Ability to handle bulk cooking & customer demand.An understanding of Telugu culture will be an added advantage.Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
