Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Expat Italian Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating and updating menus, ensuring the highest food quality, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. Additional tasks include training kitchen staff, managing inventory, and collaborating with the management team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Expertise in Italian cuisine, including menu creation and recipe development
• Strong leadership, team management, and training skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Culinary degree or relevant certification
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
