This role is for a Service Advisor to manage workshop operations and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in ITI Motor Mechanic or a Diploma in Mechanical and experience as a service advisor or diesel mechanic. The primary responsibilities include managing workshop operations, ensuring timely repairs, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships by serving as the main point of contact.
- Schedule services and appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with mechanics and dealerships to ensure timely repairs and after-sales services.
- Manage workshop operations and inventory control.
- Ensure the timely delivery of spare parts.
- Provide advisory services for car maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Completion of ITI Motor Mechanic or a Diploma in Mechanical .Proven experience as a Service Advisor or a Diesel Mechanic .Experience in workshop operations and inventory management .Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.The ability to provide effective advisory services for car maintenance.Skills Required
