We are looking for a Team Lead Software Engineer to lead development teams, deliver scalable software solutions, and maintain existing systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for building high-performing, secure, and user-focused Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Own product integrity, manage technical debt, and drive on-time delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs, microservices, and enterprise-grade applications.
• Collaborate in system design, architecture, testing, deployment, and CI / CD implementation.
• Coach junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Actively contribute to agile ceremonies and recruitment Skill Set & Frameworks : Java, Golang, ReactJS, Angular, NextJS, Spring Expertise : Microservices, REST APIs, Pub / Sub (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Expertise : ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript, Redux, Micro-frontend & Cloud : PostgreSQL, Redis, Snowflake, AWS & Tools : Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI / CD pipelines, automated testing Skills :
• Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years in software engineering (B2B SaaS, enterprise-grade applications).
• Proven line management and team leadership experience.
• AWS certification is a plus.
