Job Responsibilities :
- Independently manage client interactions and provide both Domestic and international ticketing services for Corporate / individual clients.
- Handle booking requests, cancellations, and modifications on time , on their own.
- Maintain a professional rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service post sales.
- Being professional, patient, and have a 'people-first' attitude
