Contracting Associate Manager

Job Summary :

As a Contract Management Lead , you will play a key role in overseeing and managing contract operations for specific projects or accounts. You will lead or participate in contract management activities, work closely with client engagement teams, and contribute to risk management, portfolio development, and sales support. Additionally, you will mentor junior contract management staff, ensuring effective resource utilization and providing insights into contract management practices to support the growth and success of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Leadership / Engagement :

• Lead or participate in the contract management team for specific projects or accounts, or operate as the contract management lead for small to medium portfolios, reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with client engagement teams and client counterparts to provide day-to-day contract management support and gain a deep understanding of delivery requirements.
• Demonstrate the value of the contract management function to business and account leaders, showcasing how contract management contributes to project success.
• Serve as a role model for contract management staff , demonstrating leadership qualities, and actively participating in broader contract management activities.
