What You'll Do

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Delwis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in promoting our diverse product range, acquiring and retaining clients, and supporting business growth across the domestic pharmaceutical market. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Retention :

Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, including wholesalers, distributors, and chemists across India.

Product Promotion :

Actively promote Delwis’ pharmaceutical and healthcare range through digital, telephonic, and direct marketing channels.

Sales Operations :

Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure timely closures.

Customer Relationship Management :

Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Intelligence :

Conduct regular market research to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.

Coordination :

Liaise with internal teams-dispatch, accounts, documentation, and logistics - to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.

Sales Reporting :

Maintain up-to-date records of leads, sales progress, and client feedback through daily and weekly reports.

Promotion & Branding :

Assist in product presentations, webinar coordination, and marketing content to enhance brand awareness.

Compliance & Documentation :

Support in preparing client records, sales documentation, and compliance-related files as per company policy.

What Makes You a Fit

Academic Background :

Graduate in Pharmacy / Science / Marketing, or a related field.

Skills and Experience :

1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or B2B sales.

Good understanding of pharma formulations, product pricing, and distribution channels.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and basic CRM tools.

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel within assigned domestic territories as required.
