About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations professional to lead and manage the efficient delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient HR processes while identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional HR teams, including various HR COEs. The person in this role should have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones. This role will be based out of Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
In alignment with enterprise global standards
- Oversee end-to-end HR operational processes - from onboarding to offboarding
- Ensure timely generation of letters, contracts, and documentation
- Manage employee records in the HRIS with 100% accuracy
2. HR Systems & Data Management
Lead the Workday support team ensuring day-to-day systems support, including reorganization events done manually or via mass update (e.g. iLoad / EIB)Have knowledge of HR Data Privacy and comply with data privacy rules and regulationsManage HR data integrity across systems and provide insights through regular dashboards and analyticsManage vendor system enhancements and prioritized implementationsProvide support, as needed, during Workday Release testing and planned configuration changes3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Provide accurate payroll inputs and validate payroll reports before disbursementManage benefits enrolment, claims, and vendor managementEnsure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) with applicable labour laws4. Policy & Compliance
Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and internal controlsSupport audits and maintain necessary documentationKeep abreast of changes in employment legislation and recommend necessary policy updates5. Process Improvement & Projects
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR processesSupport or lead HR transformation projectsImplement best practices in HR service delivery and performance tracking6. Stakeholder Management
Partner with global HR leaders, regional HR teams, and business stakeholders to drive initiatives forward and for seamless service deliveryNavigate cultural nuances and time zone challenges to ensure effective collaborationServe as the primary contact for Local HR operational queriesHandle escalations with professionalism and ensure timely resolutionQualifications & Skills :
4+ years of experience in HR OperationsDemonstrated experience working with global teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environmentStrong understanding of HR processes and Indian labour lawsExceptional attention to detail, process orientation, and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityExposure to HR transformation projects and process improvement initiativesExperience working in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving business environmentsHands-on experience with Workday or a similar tier 1 global HCM, proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR analytics(ref : iimjobs.com)
