About the Role :

We are seeking experienced Professionals with expertise in Engineering and Non-IT staffing for our Workforce Services Team.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Recruit globally across diverse industries, including manufacturing, supply chain, operations, finance, healthcare, and professional services.
Work 8–5 PST and have access to fast internet and a computer with a camera / mic.
Be highly organized, confident, and very customer service-focused.

Requirements :

4+ years of Engineering and Non-IT recruitment experience (manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, HR, sales, or related fields).

Strong communication skills and proven ability to build candidate pipelines.

Excellent sourcing techniques using job boards.

Familiarity with hiring for mechanical, electrical, civil, and industrial engineering roles.

Experience recruiting for finance, operations, HR, and professional services positions.

Ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers).

Preferred Qualifications :

Current US phone service and reliable internet.
