IT Staffing Specialist

As a professional in IT recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process from initial candidate contact to onboarding.

The ideal candidate will possess expert level experience in recruiting US citizens and proficiency in navigating W2 processes. They should have hands-on experience working with challenging core IT roles and be skilled in building Boolean strings.

Cold calling, negotiation of compensations, and utilization of recruiting portals are also essential skills. Additionally, the ability to work multiple requirements, adapt to night shifts, and undergo performance-based evaluations is necessary.
