About the Role :
We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Recruiter to join our Workforce Services Team.
- At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in engineering and non-IT fields such as manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, HR, and sales.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and manage candidate pipelines.
- Expertise in sourcing and engagement techniques using job boards and other channels.
- Familiarity with hiring for mechanical, electrical, civil, and industrial engineering roles.
- Experience recruiting for finance, operations, HR, and professional services positions.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to negotiating offers.
