Senior Technical Recruiter

Position : US IT Recruiter

Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-Site)

Shift Timings : 6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST (US EST Hours)

About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience supporting core IT clients or State Government projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes in the US staffing industry, including sourcing, screening, negotiation, and placement across Contract, C2H, and Full-Time positions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top IT talent through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Recruiter), referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for technical and functional skills, communication, and cultural fit based on client requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Handle multiple hiring types : Contract, Contract-to-Hire (CTH), and Permanent (Full-Time) placements.
• Work extensively with core IT technologies and State government clients, understanding niche technical requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, EAD, USC).
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary / rate negotiations, and final closures.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for recurring and future client needs.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients for long-term partnerships.
• Provide market intelligence on candidate availability, rate trends, and sourcing strategies.
