Salary : ₹5 LPA to ₹6 LPA (based on experience)

Experience Required : Minimum 4 years +in warehouse management

Industry Preference : FMCG / Manufacturing

Software Skills : Must have working experience with SAP

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our Marico warehouse located in Tepla . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, team management, inventory control, and must be proficient in SAP for inventory and dispatch management.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the complete warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound activities

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance protocols as per company and client standards

Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and ensure timely stock reconciliation

Supervise warehouse staff and ensure efficient manpower allocation and productivity

Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth dispatch and delivery

Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs TAT, order accuracy, shrinkage, and damages

Implement best practices in warehousing and continuously drive cost-effective operations

Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse activities including GRN, stock transfers, and dispatches

Report daily / weekly / monthly MIS to management and client

Candidate Requirements :

Graduate or above, preferably in logistics / supply chain or relevant field

Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in FMCG ts or similar industry

Proficiency in SAP (MM or WM module preferred)

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-handling skills

Working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems

Good understanding of warehouse safety, FIFO / FEFO, and audit requirements
