Salesforce test lead

Position Overview :

This person is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of testing on Salesforce projects, including designing test strategies, creating comprehensive test plans, managing a team of testers, executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and ensuring the quality of Salesforce implementations across complex projects while adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts for Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Salesforce applications.
• Design and implement automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce components including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party integrations.
• Ensure best practices in test automation, defect tracking, and reporting processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of test engineers.
• Work closely with development teams to implement continuous integration and continuous testing (CI / CT) processes.
