Salesforce Test Lead (Manual)

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead QA efforts for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects, including planning, coordination, and execution of test strategies and test plans.
• Define test scope, create detailed test cases, and ensure comprehensive coverage across Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities, configurations, and data models.
• Manage and guide QA testers, providing mentorship, task allocation, and review of test deliverables.
• Coordinate defect management activities, ensuring timely logging, tracking, and resolution of defects using tools like JIRA and ALM.
• Oversee execution of smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to validate requirements and provide QA sign-off.
• Establish QA processes, best practices, and metrics to improve testing quality and efficiency.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies, representing QA in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Prepare and present detailed test status reports, defect metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders and leadership.
