Brillio Technologies - Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing

Job Description :

• 7+ years of experience in Automation and Functional testing majority of which should be with Salesforce applications.
• Very strong experience on Automation testing process and tools
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Strong Communication and Customer facing skills and lead testing related conversations with External and Internal stakeholders
• Lead and delegate testing related work to team members
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Ability to tie test cases back to the requirements for requirements traceability
• Ability to write, maintain and execute test cases
• Create test defect related reports / metrics, report progress and also work seamlessly with Dev teams for closing on the defects / issues and testing cycles
• Troubleshoot QA environment issues
• Must have worked extensively and fully aware of Agile processes, Jira / ALM
• Strong knowledge of Testing Lifecycle
• Should have worked on Data migration testing
• Knowledge of SOQL and / or SQL
• Must have integration testing knowledge, end to end system processes.
• Experience of testing in any Clouds like Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Strong experience in other test Automation tools like Selenium and Java (good to have)
