Job Summary :
The MICE Executive / Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, incentive programs, meetings, and conferences. This role involves operational assistance, client coordination, vendor communication, and on-ground support to ensure each event runs smoothly and meets All 4 Season’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and organization of MICE events — including logistics, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and event coordination.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and relay information accurately to the team.
- Liaise with vendors (hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport, venues, etc.) for quotations, confirmations, and service coordination.
- Prepare cost sheets, proposals, and itineraries under guidance of the MICE Manager.
- Support in budget tracking, documentation, and payment follow-ups related to assigned projects.
- Maintain accurate files, checklists, and reports for all events and ensure timely internal communication.
- Provide on-site event assistance during departures, check-ins, and event execution as required.
- Ensure post-event feedback collection and client satisfaction reports.
- Stay updated on new destinations, suppliers, and trends relevant to MICE travel.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Good negotiation and coordination capabilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with travel booking tools.A keen eye for detail, accuracy, and client service.Positive attitude, team spirit , and willingness to learn.Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate / Diploma in Travel, Hospitality, or Business Management.1–4 years of experience in MICE / Corporate Travel / Event Coordination.Exposure to domestic and international MICE operations will be an advantage.Freshers with relevant internships may also be considered for the Assistant role.
