Role Clarity Documents of Operation Co-ordinator :
Role Definition :
Operation Co-ordinator will be responsible in co-ordinating, preparing important documents, following processes & communicating relevant information.
Responsibility Deliverable :
Task & Activities :
1. Making Entries in ERP.
2. Co-ordinating with Sales Engineer and Operations.
3. Co-ordinate with customer or customer gatepass section for gatepass preparation.
4. Manpower documentation updating in One drive.
5. Site advance mail request to accounts.
6. Ticket Requisition / Booking of technician
7. Intimation to customer for site engineer deputation.
8. Sales Order creation, preparing draft invoice for invoice generation and intimate to accounts via email.
9. Co-ordinate with Inspection Team for collection of site report and expense voucher.
10. Invoice, voucher, report scanning and sending it to customer.
11. Invoice, voucher, report packing and dispatch.
12. Payment follow-up and update to accounts.
13. Co-ordinating with HR team for compliance documents submission to respective clients.
Measurement Metrics :
1. Timely updating SO in ERP
2. Timely dispatch of invoices
3. Follow-up with Customers
