.Net Tech lead

As a Lead . Net FullStack Developer , you will spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of multiple applications, both on-premises and in the cloud. Collaborating closely with the Product team, you will refine and estimate user stories for new functionalities, participate in deployment and production support activities, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead medium to large-sized projects with small teams.
• Demonstrate expertise in . Net Core, Microservices, MVC, JavaScript, API integration, and SQL .
• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Utilize strong database and SQL skills for performance optimization.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Healthcare IT (HL7, X12 EDI) is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects from inception to deployment.

Qualifications :

Experience with DevOps and issue tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)
