Senior Financial Analyst

The role of Investment Accountant is to provide financial support to the Finance team in investment accounting across UK property portfolios.

Closely collaborating with Europe Finance teams and auditors, key responsibilities include preparing month-end and quarter-end reporting packs, quarterly consolidations, accruals, prepayments, and posting journal entries.

Additionally, assisting in investor reporting, consolidated audited financial statements, subsidiary financial statements, and VAT returns requires a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 5 years of post-qualification experience in the real estate sector and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key skills include strong knowledge of Accounting GAAPs, IFRS, Audit, debt compliance, and investor reporting experience, along with a qualified accounting qualification.
