Your Impact
In this role, you will lead conversion rate optimization projects for key clients, driving measurable growth and improving overall business performance. Yo u will combine product management, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful insights, innovative solutions, and sustained result.
Your Role Will Include :
1. Managing end-to-end CRO projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
2. Coordinating with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external partners for seamless execution.
3. Reviewing analysis, preparing insights, and presenting findings to leadership and clients.
4. Creating and maintaining detailed project plans, documentation, and progress reports. Americana Internal
5. Monitoring performance metrics and optimizing strategies for improved conversion rates.
6. Overseeing the work of junior team members, providing guidance, and delegating tasks effectively.
7. Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support project success.
What You Bring :
1. Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Data Analytics, Omniture, or similar).
2. Knowledge of A / B testing tools and experimentation methodologies.
3. Familiarity with data analytics, product management.
4. Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business growth.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
6. Experience Required : 3–5 years of experience in digital optimization, analytics or a related field, with leadership responsibilities.
7. Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline
