We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager to join our team at Zoya, a luxury jewellery brand under the Titan umbrella. As the Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-end events to promote the Zoya brand and engage with our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and guest list management
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure events align with the brand's image and messaging
• Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated funds
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance the event experience
• Oversee event logistics and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event
• Evaluate the success of each event and provide recommendations for future Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in the luxury sector
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Passion for luxury brands and a keen eye for detail
