Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (For Team Lead Role)
The Billing Lead will be the first escalation point for billing and transactional questions from the production staff.
The Billing Lead should be able to resolve the majority of these issues independently
The Billing Lead will work closing with the Back Office Manager in deciding which issues are escalated back to the Performance Improvement Team
The Billing Lead should be able to perform all function under his or her leadership (EMF cases, Bill Audit, Rate calculation)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(For Quality Analyst Role)
Responsible for monitoring billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct audits of billing transactions to identify errors and inconsistencies.
Improve billing workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Review billing data and documentation for completeness and correctness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement quality improvements.
Ensure billing practices align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a Graduate / Postgraduate.
3-5 years of experience in Team Leader or Quality assurance or relevant.
