Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly organised and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will act as a key liaison between the management team and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring efficient workflow and supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes when required.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, communications, and documents with discretion.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth coordination of activities.
  • Monitor and follow up on key deliverables, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Support in event planning, logistics, and administrative functions as needed.
  • Anticipate executive needs proactively and manage priorities effectively.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for both digital and physical records.
  • Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

Candidate Requirements :

  • Immediate joiner preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.G., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack).
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work.
