Responsibilities : -
- Stakeholder Engagement & Management : Identify, analyze, and engage internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and concerns throughout the project lifecycle
- Requirement Gathering & Clarification : Act as the primary interface for capturing, refining, and clarifying requirements from stakeholders, ensuring all expectations are clearly understood and documented
- Expectation Management : Proactively manage stakeholder expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and project scope;
provide transparent andtimely updates to both partners and internal teams
Client Communication : Maintain regular, high-quality communication with all stakeholders;facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, and feedback sessions to nurture alignment and address any emerging concerns
Issue & Risk Resolution : Monitor for potential risks, misalignments, or conflicts between stakeholder expectations and project realities;coordinate timely resolution or escalation as required
Documentation & Reporting : Prepare and distribute regular reports to stakeholders, capturing status, issues, decisions, and changes to requirements or timelinesContinuous Improvement : Gather stakeholder feedback to refine processes, enhance engagement practices, and improve overall satisfactionQualifications / Required Background
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field;Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process excellence, PMO preferredStrong working knowledge of tools such as Trello, JIRA, PPT and ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a hybrid work environmentDemonstrated ability to achieve time and cost savings through process improvementsStrong coordination skills with both clients and internal team membersHave strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly articulate ideas effectively under high pressure circumstances
