Key Activities and Responsibilities : Build and Develop Automation Solutions : Collaborate with senior specialists to determine, support, and implement automation solutions for various enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
Process Analysis : Document existing business processes and find opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
Maintain RPA Bots : Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain existing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots to ensure flawless operation.
Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct rigorous testing of automation solutions to ensure they meet functional requirements and perform as encouraged.
Build Documentation : Develop and update technical documentation, including process flows and user guides.
Data Analysis : Collect data and generate comprehensive reports on automation performance and impact.
Research and Exploration : Investigate new automation tools, technologies, and guidelines to support continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot : Offer initial assistance for automation-related concerns, advancing intricate issues to senior team members.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with team members, business users, and other IT departments to achieve seamless integration.
What You'll Bring : Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Technical Competence : Strong interest in technology, automation, and process improvement.
Problem-Solving : Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Programming / Scripting : Understanding of programming principles or scripting languages (such as Python, VBA, JavaScript) is advantageous.
Familiarity with databases and SQL is advantageous.
Great Teammate : Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
