Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Automation Specialist to join our Enterprise Applications team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions across our critical business applications. Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Design and Develop Automation Solutions :  Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable automation solutions for various enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, Financial Systems).
• Process Analysis and Optimization :  Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze existing business processes, identify pain points, and recommend automation opportunities that drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• RPA Development :  Develop and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots using leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Integration Development :  Design and implement integrations between disparate enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
• Scripting and Coding :  Write and maintain scripts (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate tasks, data manipulation, and system configurations.
• Troubleshooting and Support :  Provide expert-level support for automation solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective resolutions in a timely manner.
• Documentation :  Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, process flows, and operational procedures.
• Best Practices and Governance :  Contribute to the development and enforcement of automation best practices, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Mentorship and Training :  Mentor junior team members and provide training on automation tools and methodologies.
• Stay Current :  Keep abreast of emerging automation technologies, trends, and best practices to continually enhance our automation capabilities.
