Influencer Marketing Executive (Fresher)

Job descriptionLogistics : Coordinate product shipping and content brief sharing with influencers. Reporting : Assist in gathering campaign performance data (views, likes, comments) and compiling it into simple reports. Administrative Support : Help the team with scheduling meetings, preparing internal campaign summaries, and organizing content assets. Trend Monitoring : Actively follow social media platforms to understand current trends, popular formats (Reels / TikToks), and best practices in the influencer space. Platform Mastery : Dedicate time to understanding the nuances of how different social media algorithms function. Experience : This is an entry-level position; no prior experience is required, but a strong passion for social media is essential. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi is mandatory. Attitude : Proactive, eager to learn, and highly resourceful. Organization : Basic proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for tracking and data entry. Attention to Detail : Meticulous approach to data tracking and communication.
Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

About the Role :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Fresher to join our Influencer Marketing team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of the creator economy, assisting in the execution of high-impact brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Sourcing & Outreach :
- Research : Assist the team in researching and compiling lists of potential influencers across various social media platforms based on brand guidelines.
- Initial Communication : Handle initial outreach and introductory communications with influencers or their management via email, DMs and calls.
- Database Management : Accurately update and maintain the influencer database / tracker with contact information, negotiation status, and key notes.
