Associate Product Manager

JoVE is the world-leading producer and provider of video solutions with the mission to improve scientific research and education. The Role

You will play a pivotal role in shaping how data informs JoVE’s product decisions, strategy, and growth. You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights that improve user engagement, platform performance, and drive business impact. If you enjoy diving deep into analytics, solving challenging problems or building data-backed product strategies, this role is for you!

Responsibilities :

• Translate complex data into actionable insights to inform product decisions and growth strategies.
• Use SQL, and analytics tools such as Mixpanel to track user behavior, performance trends and product KPIs.
• Design and analyze A / B tests to improve onboarding, engagement, and conversion.
• Define success metrics and ensure accurate data collection for introducing new features and experiments.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear reports and visualizations.
