Associate Product Manager

About the Role

BigStep is seeking a skilled Product Manager with 3 to 7 years of experience to lead the development of AI / ML-driven, data-centric products. This role focuses on solving user pain points, defining customer journeys, and driving cross-functional alignment to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deeply understand user pain points, needs, and behaviors; define user personas and map customer journeys
• Translate business goals into clear product strategies, breaking them down into epics and actionable user stories
• Define and track measurable product success metrics aligned with business objectives
• Write detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) that clearly articulate feature scope and expected outcomes
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, QA, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle
• Drive end-to-end product development, from concept to release and iteration
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog; lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Regularly update leadership and key stakeholders on roadmap progress, key decisions, and timelines
