Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – Finance to lead our Finance function. The role requires strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, business finance, accounting, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving financial excellence and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall finance function, including Accounting, Business Finance, FP&A, Taxation, Compliance, and Risk Management. Preferred candidate has experience in working with or being audited by Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).

Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team for decision-making and long-term growth.

Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial reporting processes.

Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls to ensure governance and risk management.

Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.

Implement best practices in financial systems, processes, and automation for efficiency.

Mentor, guide, and lead the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Engage with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, consultants, and investors.

Qualification & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.

Strong expertise in accounting, business finance, financial planning & analysis, and financial control.

Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Prior experience in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies will be preferred.

Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
