Job Description

The Head – Finance & Taxation will be responsible for leading the finance, accounts, and taxation functions for the group, ensuring financial discipline, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning aligned with the organization’s growth objectives. The role demands a strong leader with in-depth knowledge of corporate finance, taxation (Direct & Indirect), project accounting, and regulatory frameworks specific to the shipbuilding, defense, and offshore sectors.

Skill

Qualification :

o Chartered Accountant (CA)

o Additional qualification in taxation or corporate law preferred.

Experience :

25-30 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong exposure to project-based industries such as shipbuilding, ship repair, defense manufacturing, EPC, or engineering services.

Skills & Attributes :

Expertise in corporate finance, taxation, and statutory compliance.
