Head of Finance - CA

We are looking for an accomplished Finance Head (CA) with 13–18 years of experience in leading finance strategy, planning, and control for a growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, financial discipline, and leadership capability to partner with management and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire finance & accounts function, including FP&A, controllership, and statutory compliance.
• Own the company’s P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the leadership team for decision-making and growth planning.
• Manage banking operations, treasury, and fund-raising (debt / equity).
• Drive financial planning, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, Audit).
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring zero non-compliance observations.
• Implement robust internal control systems and financial governance frameworks.
• Lead ERP / finance system implementation and automation initiatives.
• Partner with business units on M&A, due diligence, valuations, and integration activities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team to support organizational objectives.
