Key Responsibilities

As an Associate, Workplace Operations at Natixis, your responsibilities will include :

  • Supporting the Head of Workplace APAC in managing workplace operations in the South-East Asia region.
  • Ensuring local team delivery aligns with APAC Workplace standards and best practices.
  • Managing the India Workplace OPEX and CAPEX annual budget while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Anticipating business needs within the local portfolio and proactively recommending Corporate Real Estate (CRE) value-driving solutions.
  • Building and nurturing successful business relationships with various functions, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver effective CRE services.

    • Required Skills

    To be a great fit for this role, you should have :

  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Real Estate principles and practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building.
  • Analytical skills for budget management and operational efficiency assessment.
  • Ability to foster and leverage strategic relationships across functions and regions.

    • Experience

  • 5+ years of overall experience in workplace operations or related fields.
  • 4-6 years of experience specifically managing or working with corporate real estate or facility management technologies.
  • Prior experience in vendor management and operational efficiency roles.
