Job descriptionMonthly review of the agency performance, taking action against the low performer, identifying & Ensure timely Invoice Processing of all Vendors in coordination with back end, finance and strategy Resolve agencies queries regarding to the payment and discrepancy of bill's. Work as an auditor to ensure vendors are not involve in any fraud or suspicious activities. Ensur that all Collections activities are properly documneted in the form of collection trials. Coordination with Bank team for all collections issues like payment updation, Highpos cases disputes,
Roles and Responsibilities Credit ManagerEvaluatingthecreditworthinessofpotentialcustomers.
o Creatingcreditscoringmodelsforriskassessments.
o Approvingandrejectingloansbasedonavailabledata.
o Calculatingandsettingloaninterestrates.
o Negotiatingthetermsoftheloanwithnewclients.
o Ensuringallloansandlendingprocedurescomplywithregulations.
o Maintainingrecordsofallcompanyloans.Collection Manager-Updating DCR (Daily Collection Report) with prpoer feedback, disposition code and reporting to

- Effective address disputes, expired, etc cases toprevent anyprobable escalation and highlight sensitive
accounts to Collection Manager to prevent the same.
