Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior Dental Billing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. dental billing . This is a remote, full-time, permanent position for India-based candidates supporting U.S. dental practices.

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end billing cycle, coordinating with U.S.-based clients, managing claims, and guiding junior team members when needed. This role requires precision, accountability, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete dental billing workflows for U.S.-based practices
• Submit accurate claims using CDT codes via dental billing software
• Conduct insurance verification and eligibility checks
• Manage re-submissions, appeals, and denial resolution
• Perform thorough A / R follow-up to minimize outstanding claims
• Post insurance and patient payments with correct allocation
• Communicate effectively with U.S. offices and respond to billing queries
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and insurance-specific regulations
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior billers if required
