Business Development Intern (In-Office)

Location : Viman Nagar, Pune (In-office only)

Timings : 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday

Stipend : ₹10,000 / month + incentives on qualified lead conversions

Team Size : 10 (work directly with the founders)

Joining : First week of October 2025

We ride social trends, craft memes for brands, plan content strategy, produce cinematic videos, corporate films, digital ads, audio trends, 2D / 3D explainers, music videos, and more. With a small, fast team, you won't just observe - you'll brainstorm, execute, and help us grow.

What You'll Do

• Research and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, cold emails, and calls
• Draft clear emails and proposals, and assist with pitches
• Maintain our lead pipeline in CRM tools / spreadsheets
• Join team brainstorms and contribute campaign ideas
• Propose creative ideas for TIKDI's LinkedIn and Instagram
• Support day-to-day activities that drive a creative agency forward
