Children today face unprecedented challenges : 9 hours of daily screen time eroding attention spans, social media amplifying psychological vulnerabilities, and AI reshaping how we think and learn. We're building activity-based learning solutions that develop the skills that matter most - empathy, critical thinking, digital citizenship, and emotional intelligence - for a generation growing up in a world we're still trying to understand.

About Us

ThinkHumanly is a social enterprise creating physical activity books that teach children (ages 8-18) and adults how to navigate modern life through hands-on, offline learning.

Critical thinking and decision-making

Who we serve :

Schools seeking SEL and citizenship education

Corporates building DEI and emotional intelligence programs

We're at day zero - pre-funding, just launched - building our first customer base.

The Role

Work directly with the founding team (LSE, IIM Ahmedabad, UCL alumni) to :

Build Partnerships (70%)

Research and identify target schools and corporates

Develop outreach strategies and close deals

Manage relationships and pilot programs

Help shape our go-to-market strategy

Grow Community (30%)

Manage social media presence

Create content about education, empathy, child development

Build engagement with educators and HR professionals

Compensation

Base : ₹3,000 / month

Revenue Share : A small percentage of revenue from partnerships you close

Letter of Recommendation : From LSE / IIM / UCL alumni

Equity Potential : Equity percentage for exceptional performance after 3 months

First Priority : Full-time paid role when we raise funding

Duration : 3 months

Hours : 10-15 / week, flexible

Your mission : Help us get our first 5 customers in 90 days.

Where do we start? Schools or corporates first? Why?

Who specifically? Your ideal first customer in detail

How do we reach them? Month 1 execution plan

Should we partner? Any partnerships that would help? With whom and why?

What could go wrong? Your biggest assumption and how to test it

Show us you execute. Share ONE specific example where you delivered measurable results. What was the situation, what did you do, and what was the outcome? (Could be academic, professional, extracurricular, or personal)
