The individual will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, driving informed decisions around product concept, pricing, design relevance, branding, and customer segmentation to ensure each development resonates deeply with the market and delivers sustained velocity.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Planning & Positioning.

• Define and refine product strategies aligned with organizational growth goals and market realities.
• Partner with design, architectural, and project teams to ensure product configurations, amenities, and unit mix reflect consumer needs and competitive differentiation.
• Position each product uniquely within its sub-market to ensure strong customer resonance and absorption.

Pricing Strategy & Commercial Intelligence.
