We're Hiring : Plant HR - Palghar Location (Beauty / Pharma Industry Preferred)

Sun Chem India, a legacy manufacturer with over 26 years of expertise in the beauty and personal care industry , is looking for a Factory HR professional to manage HR operations at our Palghar plant . We are seeking someone with strong experience in GMP practices and factory-level recruitment .

🔹 Location : Palghar, Maharashtra

🔹 Industry Preference : Beauty, Cosmetics, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

🔹 Experience Required : 1+ years in a factory HR role

Role & Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and manufacturing roles (blue-collar, staff, and managerial).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and social media.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles to ensure the right fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with line managers.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update recruitment MIS reports and trackers.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements
